“Not worth the value ! Plastic rubber phone case, not sure how that is ‘premium’ it does not even protect the camera, definitely not worth $49.99 ! Company you hire to deliver the items, poor, watched him throw the package from a height and distance, disappointing, delivery took 2 weeks, I’d say be wary of your purchases with this company”

“AVOID! Bought three of the 3-in-1 iPhone chargers as Christmas gifts. The watch charger doesn't fold out - you have to plug it in with its USB-C connect and it's flimsy as heck, which is disappointing. More than disappointing is that in under 3-months one them of is dead. That's about 80 uses and this 60 quid foldy slab is less useful than a brick. I contacted Evolved who replied asking what type power adapter I was using, because I hadn't bought one from them, (I use 20w Apple) and for video evidence (youtube.com/shorts/Q22ilhYwqe4). IDK why they bothered asking, because 2-weeks after I replied they finally announced that their warranty is 30-days and it failed outside of warranty. The irony is that I bought from Evolved because they appeared legit and better quality that the Kuxiu I already have (that runs a bit warm but has been working 19-mo)”

“I ordered a 3 in one charger, for my phone, ear buds and watch. The product has a money back guarantee. Well, the phone does not charge unless I take the cover off each time, the ear buds don’t charge and the watch charges very slowly. They will not give me my money back. They say I don’t qualify, not reason. They don’t respond to emails for days and continuously send form emails unrelated to the problem. What a waster of $70! I would never buy a. Thing from this company!!”

“This company is not to be trusted. They remove negative reviews. Block you if you comment on their posts. I purchased a product. They never sent it and then said they sent it to another city Miami instead of Tampa and I had to go pick it up there. There is no proof that it is even in Miami. I simply asked for a refund or replacement their choice and they simply send placating responses that they are sorry the “distributor” sent it to Miami and they can’t do anything about it. Do not buy from this company.”

“Do not purchase from this company. This is one of those overseas internet companies with no phone number, no US address, and lots of “policies” that defy common sense. If the product doesn’t fit or work for any reason, you will have a miserable experience trying to communicate via email and ultimately no refund. Buy from another reputable company and save yourself the trouble and money.”

“Ordered a new iPhone case on December 7th, 2024 and have yet to receive it (it's now January 14, 2025). Should not take 5 weeks to receive, AND their customer service is HORRIBLE!! No response to Emails, or Messenger Messages, nor Instagram messages. They are a SCAM!!”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Evolved Chargers sells dropshipped products from Temu at 6x markups. They don't even bother to brand the boxes. Shipping took forever, the box was damaged on arrival because of how poorly it was packaged and the quailty is exactly what you would expect for a $16 Temu product except that they charge over $100! The they expect you to pay a massive restocking fee (I was quoted $50!) to return this junk once you find out what you really bought.”

“Do not buy from this company. We received the wrong product and have spent weeks going back and forward on email. One company representative says they are 'escalating the issue' then the next person states the can't find the order. They asked for photos for proof which we provided and now they say there is no order matching the name in their system. This company should be reported! STAY AWAY.....”

“WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM EVOLVED CHARGERS: The worst company customer services. I purchased a phone case that only sticks to the top & bottom of my iPhone 16 pro plus and it comes of from the heat of your hand. I have used both sets of sticky labels. I have now stopped using and they keep asking for a video I have explained a video is to late.”

“Please do yourself a favour and stay far away from buying anything from this company. It has been over a week of emails, providing proof of a defective product. Now I have been ghosted by their customer service. They say they do returns, but clearly they don’t honour it and keep your money. DONT BUY FROM THEM”

“I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered a phone case, it took 3 weeks to arrive. It came in a regular envelope (no box or wrapping to protect the product) and the case was bent on the sides. The plastic is very flimsy and won’t protect my phone. I sent them pictures right away asking for a refund and they declined it. They said they’ll send me a new one but at this point, knowing the poor quality, I don’t care to wait another 3 weeks for another terrible case. They said they’re not honoring their 30 day money back guarantee at this time. This place is a scam! Buy beware!”
