Ordered a new iPhone case on December 7th, 2024 and have yet to receive it (it's now January 14, 2025). Should not take 5 weeks to receive, AND their customer service is HORRIBLE!! No response to Emails, or Messenger Messages, nor Instagram messages. They are a SCAM!!
