Ordered an expensive sweatshirt from Evolve Fit Wear on Dec 4, 2024. Received an order confirmation on the same day confirming my order. I emailed back on Dec 12th stating that I still have not received any shipment confirmation or notification (it has been over a week). Evolved emailed me back on Dec 15th stating that I had to pay more because it was an international order (note: i had already paid $25 for shipping). In my response I asked why it took them 11 days to let me know that I needed to change my shipping charges, and because this was a christmas gift, I gave the go ahead to charge me the extra to get it to me asap! I have not received an acknowledgement that they read my last email, nor have i received any confirmation my package is on it's way. Today is December 20th and I finally found their customer service number... which no surprised lead me to voice mail. I'm not sure if this is a real business or a scam, and I definitely don't think i'm getting my friends gift before christmas. this cost me $170 USD (which is probably close to $250 CAD) that I just lost! If Evolve is a legit business, then they're customer service is absolutely NOT WORTH purchasing from this store again.
