Good, but I was disappointed in the discount code I got for joining their mailing list. It said 10% off any purchase, but when I went to use it, I found it couldn't be used on sale items. I notified customer service by email and got no response.
Also, they need to demand better service from USPS. My first package was lost because evidently sometimes USPS doesn't do periodic scanning (?) and lost my package, so they had to reship it to me.
Still giving four stars because the service was great both times I called the customer service number.
