Disappointed Fitness Instructor
This was the first time I ordered from Evolve. I paid for two day express shipping through Fed Ex since the order was for a gift that was time sensitive. I was promptly sent the tracking number. Three days later, the tracking information had not changed, simply stating the label information had been sent to Fed Ex (but the package had not been delivered or even shipped). I reached out to Evolve five days later, when the tracking information had STILL not changed, and was told that the same tracking number I was searching was saying it shipped two days prior (still over the two day express shipping that I had paid for originally). I immediately looked up the tracking information for myself, and it still stated the label was created but nothing more had been done. I sent a screen shot to customer service, and when I checked this morning (a full week later) it says the original item was shipped five days after purchasing, the same day I reached out to customer service. I am disappointed because the site carries a number of brands that I support, and as a person who works in the fitness industry, I am often asked where I purchase my work out gear. I will NEVER recommend Evolve now due to the overcharge of shipping, lack of integrity about the mistake, and the frustration the ordering process caused me. The clothes are cute, but for the cost, there are other sites that have fantastic customer support and are reliable with the shipping.
