After their visit, I discovered that the hot tub had been left unhooked, with the lid off, causing it to freeze in the cold weather. This negligence resulted in potential damage, repair costs, and lost bookings. What’s worse, Evolve refused to take responsibility for the situation or offer any assistance in making things right. As a host, I expect a company that values its partners and protects their investments—Evolve has shown that they do not. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to address damages caused by their team made it clear that this is not a company I can trust. If you’re a property owner looking for a reliable platform, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. There are better options that will actually support you when issues arise.
