⭐ 1-Star Review: Misleading Advertising & Zero Accountability Evolve markets itself as a hospitality company that ensures vacation rentals are clean, safe, and as pictured — or they’ll make it right. That’s a great promise… until something goes wrong. Our experience proved that their marketing is just that: marketing. The property we booked through Evolve was misrepresented, with heavily worn furniture, visible stains, dirty amenities, and overall conditions that were far from what the listing photos showed. We documented everything with photos and video. When we reached out with our concerns, Evolve’s response was to hide behind policy — not to take responsibility. They blamed the guest for not reporting issues fast enough, even though their own process made reporting uncomfortable and awkward (the property owner was next door, and we were told to communicate through him). They had every opportunity to make things right and simply chose not to. Evolve doesn’t stand behind its promises, and once they have your money, they’re done. If you're a guest, book with caution. If you're a homeowner, ask yourself — is this really the kind of company you want representing your property?
