Terrible Experience – Unfair Cancellation and No Full Refund I booked a property through Evolve, and at no point during the process was I asked to confirm my age. The booking went through, payment was accepted, and everything seemed fine—until Evolve canceled my reservation days later, claiming I didn’t meet an age requirement that was never clearly disclosed or verified at the time of booking. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a full refund, even though this was entirely their oversight. It’s incredibly unprofessional to process a booking, cancel it after the fact, and then penalize the customer for it. I wouldn’t recommend using this platform—there are too many other vacation rental companies that operate transparently and fairly.
