In my experience, on many occasions deliveries or collections by Evri are not attempted. Yesterday, I took a day off work to wait in for a collection - Evri did not collect. Today I am told that a collection was attempted yesterday at 12.15pm but no-one was home. Of course I was at home - I was waiting for them!
I will never use Evri, they are totally unreliable, unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent.
