“Dreadful experience, first parcel lost, app reporting out for deliver but no proof of even visiting my address, out of pocket having to reorder expensive item, lies and false promises from customer service. Second item arrives at delivery depot and waits there for 4 days before actually receiving it. Customer service this time even worse than first time, ‘I’ll follow up with you by 10am’ got follow up 8 hours late with incorrect information. Your worst effort in the one thing you have to do, DELIVER ON TIME”
“It's the worst company ever. I ordered two pieces of luggage on the 28th of November to travel this weekend. Today is the 10th of December, and I haven't received my parcel yet. It is so pathetic!!! There is no one to speak to except their useless webchat service that keeps repeating itself. I don't even understand how they are still in business with this type of poor customer service. Online shops should stop using them at once. I am so stressed about this.”

I've waited 7 days for an update on a parcel - still no response, i would recommend avoiding this company like the plague.

When I contact them they say it never even made delivery driver lol...

I retuned it in the usual way. My item cost £149.99. Evri wrote to me to say they damaged my parcel beyond recognition on returning it to the seller. However no images were ever sent to me proving this. I started a long 5 month process to get my refund only to be told that I would only get a maximum of £20 because that is the maximum amazon will refund on any damaged item. These were very desirable shoes and I can only come to the conclusion that they have been stolen in the process somehow. It shows there are loop holes in the Amazon / Evri process and I urge anyone not to buy anything of value from Amazon.”

No customer service, just a bit that repeats the same 'contact us if you've not had delivery by 4pm' every single day...but nothing further help.
It's just ridiculous at this point. Yodel, DHL,DPD, Royal Mail,all delivery when and where they should. Evri apparently when I order things, and they are 'delivering', I am just effectively doing their Christmas shopping.”

No help from customer service, Facebook, their contact number. Disgraceful company. Absolutely dreadful”
“The service is disgraceful and falls short at every level. I returned a piece of furniture to the supplier: Evri was the courier and through transit it was "damaged beyond repair". I was asked to provide details for the parcel for the compensation claim and have not received a response for a few weeks. Every avenue I use to contact Evri directs me to AI, which is appalling. As a result I am stil missing my compensation which adds up to over £100. It has been an awful experience.”
“I generally avoid ordering from companies that use Evri as their courier but one order slipped under the wire and the result was predictably disastrous. There are two or three different versions of the tracking information, none correct, and the parcel appears to have been lost/stolen/misdirected - I really don't think anyone knows where it is! I am now left trying to negotiate a refund with the supplier although, if they use Evri regularly, I doubt that this situation is a novelty to them. In future I shall be doubly - nay, triply - careful to avoid suppliers who use Evri - never again!”
