It's an absolute disgrace that you are allowed to run a business, the company are a complete shambles. Because we live slightly out the way, they simply can't be arsed to deliver. I reckon we've had about 1 delivered on time in about 30 parcels. Shambolic

Parcel just dumped outside the wrong block of flats for anyone to take. No message or email to say its on the way. No attempt to read the flat number or press the bell with 7 on it. Very disappointed stayed in all day waiting for packages. Not good at all

I sent two parcels via next day delivery on the same tracking ref. The first one arrived on time but the second didn't.I chased up over several days and found out it had never left the depot after being picked up from the drop off shop. Finally they admitted they had lost it, how can you lose something 1m x1m

If you are a seller, do not use EVRI at all. Save your time. I have to say, I used EVRI a couple of times, and so far, everything has been good, no problem. But when you need them because of a MISTAKE they made, they play dumb and try to push THEIR MISTAKE to the seller. Before I explain the situation, let me clarify this: seller, do not ship anything with this company. Royal Mail is more expensive and slow and everything? Yes, they can be. But it is far safer to get your parcel securely delivered to the customer than by EVRI. What happened to me was the following: - I sold an old iPad on eBay; - I sent this iPad by EVRI; - This iPad was then sent to the buyer and placed in a "Safeplace." However, this "safeplace" (yes, with "") was INSIDE OF A TRASH BIN. They placed a parcel inside a trash bin ON A DAY OF TRASH COLLECTION. ALONGSIDE TWO OTHER PARCELS FROM OTHER BUYERS. Do you think it can get worse? Yes, it can. If you are a seller, you will try to contact the company and ask for a refund for this lost product (which is £16.99, including the shipping). But at each email you exchange with them, they take at least 24 hours to reply it back; this is far beyond hope because they play dumb at every response. Since the beginning, I told them I was the seller, and they played dumb, saying, "You will need to see with the shipper." DID YOU READ THE EMAIL? I AM THE SELLER. I USED YOUR COMPANY TO DELIVERY THIS PRODUCT EXPECTING A GOOD CARE WITH THE PRODUCT.

Instructed no parcels in front of back door a was EXACTLY where a huge box was left. Couldn’t open the door to bring in my delivery. Huge signs at back door ignored or couldn’t read. Not the first issue with this company. Poor service. Zero stars more suitable

Your customer service is as bad as your delivery service ! You have lost my 2 parcels in a matter of 2 days ! Sent photos in someones else's shed ! And I paid extra for early delivery. You need to get a grip of things and treat your customers better !!!

Misplaced parcels, couriers rude and refuse to accomodate my disability and come to deliver on my door. They expect me to go two buildings down the road to collect my items.

This company is a absolute joke. I have never felt so disappointed and angry with the lack of customer service I have received. All false promises. I have always received good customer service from my local courier but Evri customer service is disgraceful. They really need to go on a course of how to treat their customers accordingly.

I ordered a garment from M&S and paid for a faster, next day delivery. It did not get delivered even though Evri sent me an email telling me my package would be delivered a 2 hour time slot. The delivery person took a photo of the package which was supposedly of my doorstep and M&S told me my package had been delivered. It had not been delivered and the doorstep was not my doorstep. This is blatant FRAUD as the photo was intended to purport to be the deliver of my package. I complained to M&S who, eventually, sent another garment...again delivered by Evri. I am now waiting for a package I ordered from Sainsbury's. It should have arrived yesterday but it didn't. Evri apologised and informed me it would be delivered today. It has not arrived. Why do good company's choose such an incompetent company to deliver their goods? Evri should be banned by the Government from trading.

I am trying to make sure my parcel gets handed in to a member of staff at the golf club not just dumped as previously anywhere. I went on the chat and they couldn't evenly find the postcode its absolutely pathetic.

Dreadful service. I arranged for my parcel to be collected, a week later it still has not been collected. Arranged for a Royal Mail label to be sent to me via the company I used to buy the item. Couldn’t contact Evri because I couldn’t open the tracking number tab, without that you simply cannot contact them.

I've had 2 parcels not delivered in the past two weeks. Last one today saying they could not deliver to my chosen parcel shop as the parcel was too big. The parcel was a small child's sun top! The first parcel just went missing. I would give no stars if ai could. Also impossible to speak to anyone at Evri
