Evri informed me via email they "had" my parcel and would let me know when it's out for delivery. After 10 days, I contacted evri through their chat to see when would they actually deliver my parcel. Of course I got nowhere with the chatbot, asking the simple question, when will I get my parcel? The following day, I received an email from evri, informing me that my parcel was being returned. This apparently was the result of their customer support after asking "when will I get my parcel?". I then had to contact the place I had ordered from, and sure enough when they looked it up, evri were returning my order back to them with no reason given. I had to contact evri about 6 months ago, after they "had" my parcel for over two weeks. The customer service is brutal, their online chat is useless and you simply cannot get talking to an actual person. Their delivery service is so bad, I'm confused as to why businesses choose them... If it's a case that their prices are competitive, surely at this stage, it's not cost effective anymore due to evri's incompetence. I dread seeing evri as the courier when I order online..
