Absolute dreadful company. Got a email yesterday saying they had delivered my parcel but no one had been. Checked on the Evri app that said it was still out for delivery and will be here between 4:30 and 5:30pm. 8pm came and still not parcel. Today at 7pm, I get a email asking how the courier did. When I've clicked on tracking, it said it was delivered yesterday (which it wasn't) and shows a parcel stuffed under the wheel of someones car. I don't even have a car!
