This is no exaggeration, every single time Evri have been tasked with delivering a package to me, they've failed. Every single time, they've failed to communicate, and made it borderline impossible to speak to a human.
Each time I've had to chase and chase, only to eventually find out that - on every single occasion - my package has been returned to sender. Each time I'm given multiple different excuses; damaged in transit, incorrect address details etc. Each time I've caught them in a lie. Most recently, I was told that the sender failed to provide an email address, despite the fact that Evri had emailed me my tracking number - when challenged, they simply apologised, told me to contact the sender, and terminated the chat. Neighbours have had similar issues - it's been alleged that apparently they avoid delivering to our area (rural Gloucestershire), as it isn't financially worthwhile to do so. Whilst this is obviously hearsay, if there is any element of truth to this accusation, charges need to be sought - and I will welcome that day with joy.
