The delivery driver in Southsea insult me, gave me the middle finger, stated that the company is his and he can do whatever he wants, and return my parcel to H&M lying that I refused it. Impossible to speak to someone through the phone or have an email address to send a formal complain.
I had to send my email to their CEO as it was the only email address I could find online. Such a shame.
