“I recently ordered goods from Amazon, to be delivered by Evri. They were due to be delivered yesterday, but at 8pm I got a message saying that the delivery failed because they couldn't access the property. This is clearly untrue, as I was at home all evening and there is completely clear access to our house. This morning I tried to call Evri, but there is no option to talk to a human being, only recorded messages and a chat bot that seems to have no customer representatives supporting it. I wrote the details of the problem on the online chat, explaining that they must have tried to deliver to the wrong address and giving my address. The conversation ended with a message that they will look into it. This morning I got another message saying they tried and failed to deliver again today at 11.55am. This is nonsense. I have been at home all this time, and no delivery van has arrived. Again I tried to phone what passes for customer service, but cannot get past the recorded messages and the chat bot. And I don't think anyone has even read my chat message. On the deliver message it says that the delivery is now on hold until I provide them with further information. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THAT?!!
Evri this is absolutely abysmal. Try talking to your customers.”
“If I could give it a 0 apparently my parcel was suppose to been delivered on Saturday. I haven’t got a tracking number only a barcode that the company I purchase the item I bought from.
I cannot get the actual tn or speak to someone. Even cannot get in touch with Evri through email. Awful company”
“I ordered a pair of trainers which they lost. Then reordered from another supplier. After a couple of weeks got in touch with the supplier who said according to Evri delivery had been refused which was odd as I'd diverted it to an Evri shop. Parcel was resent and I followef the tracking. On the morning of 15 May checked the tracking as I was going away for a few days. Not delivered. Come back 21 May checked the tracking and said was delivered on 10th May. Has now been sent back presumably so still not got my trainers. To make it even more annoying paid for next day delivery. Next time I buy something on the internet will check they don't use Evri.”
“I live in a rural area, and (sadly) order a lot of items online to be delivered. I have problems with all and 'every' Ervi deliveries. They are consistently slow at delivering (if they can actually deliver), they often loose my packages, and their customer service is nonexistent. As for their Bot chat service, that like Every its self needs taking around the back of the barn and shooting. Its a dreadful courier, which has mnorphed from Hermes to Evri in name change. What they need to change is their operations and customer service, not just sinking a comany name and changing it when the company gets a bed reputation. Just simply avoid Evri. People shipping with Evri should really explore other, and more bona fide, and professional couriers.
I would sooner pay more for shipping than waste hours of my life trying to track down lost parcels, dealing with no-one in customer service, and having to either cancel my order with suppliers or wait longer for a simple parcel to arrive. Dreadful, appauling, a disgrace to British trading. Evri - sort it out or stop it, you tried and failed under Hermes, and history is now repeating, you have not learnt from yours past, pathetic.”

“Lied and said that my parcel was in unsuitable packaging, when they didnt ever come to collect my parcel. Have contacted them 5 times to rebook, and then cancel, and they havent gotten back to me. They deliberately wont let you speak to an actual person for customer services. They never used to be this bad, and now the services are terrible.”
“Worst delivery company I have experienced. 'Next day' is usually about 5 days. Evri blame their disregard for customer service on the Post Office and you'll be lucky if Evri delivery people don't throw your parcel from the van!

Driver broke my door bell despite leaving instructions that builders are working on site and to leave it with foreman at the front.
Parcel was damaged. Horrible, unprofessional service. Customer service is an automated phone service. Avoid like the plague.”
