The absolute worst delivery company in the UK, if you order something and its coming with Evri, then 90% of times you will never get your parcel. Disgusting company with non-existent customer service, avoid at all costs

Absolutelyl rude woman who cut through my garden in Dargavel village in Bishopton .. cut through my garden and when tried to tell her not a public path got a mouth full .. contacted company but no reply .. teainng issues about how to liars with public .. await reply .. wouldn’t use tvis company if .. use to go minded peopl like me this

Booked courier service from Evri twice, both times, they never came to collect the parcel from the address. I waited for 3days and each day they sent emails saying that they can't come.Then why provide date slots if it's going to be picked up a week or two later. Eventually I had to grab the parcel from the address, leaving all my work, and had to drop it in the parcel shop. What if I was disabled or didn't have the luxury of doing that or had to urgently send a parcel within certain deadline... Very poor service with no accurate communication at all. I booked a parcel pick up for 9th May and its still not been picked as of today, 13th May. Even now, it's not been picked so far.

This company needs to be shut down. I ordered via Shein - two very small items, so the package would likely have been in a very small bag. Evri courier kept rescheduling and then posted a photo on the app claiming she made a failed delivery attempt. The photo she took was not of my house. Also in the photo was the boot of her car, open showing a very large package inside - not mine! I have attached a photo of this. She lied and clearly kept the parcel for herself. Evri customer services are virtually non existent and they just kept telling me they’d find it and deliver. They never did, so I’ve had to go through my credit card company to claim the money back. Two weeks ago I ordered a large amount of bedding from Damart. I rather stupidly forgot to check what courier they use. It was Evri, of course. I had a day and time slot for delivery and so did my husband for something he’d ordered from elsewhere. Seeing that my husbands package was also coming via Evri, we both ended up with the same time slot, as it was the same courier. We were out, but my CCTV shows her waking down our drive, leaving only my husbands package on the doorstep (didn’t attempt to knock), then as she walked away, she took a photo of my drive. Shortly afterwards, a photo of my drive popped up on the app and she commented that my delivery was a failed attempt. My parcel was never in her hand - only my husbands. She’s clearly very stupid, leaving one and not the other. She’s a thief too. I knew what was happening straight away, so I contacted Damart and explained this lady’s behaviour. They filed a complaint to Evri and my parcel turned up the next day. Had I not complained in the way that I did, I still would not have my bedding. I recommend you always check which couriers companies are using before you order from them. I’ve actually started to use the high street again, as online ordering is most certainly not a way forward! Shut Evri down!

they lost my insured parcel, said it will take 28 WORKING days to investigate!!! 2 months later they still saying it will take 10 working days to give me my money. I had to refund my ebuy customer 2 months ago, who is actually looking into this? Is there any other company with 1.1 rating and 2% recommendations? Do they have management or are those same scammers as the drivers?

Evri supplied a proof of delivery pic of it on my doorstep for a parcel which should have been delivered 20 doors down. Also, it was on a busy street with doorstep straight onto the street therefore not a safe place. If it was left there it must have been stolen whilst I was out. It is impossible to get in contact via any of your usual routes as they all need a ref number.

The service is appalling after my parcel has been missing for a month. Evri still have no clue one email from evri via a person all the rest via auto email with a complaint and claim form link which go straight to an out of date page no longer in use. Evri should not be allowed to trade with the standard of customer care it's shocking. guaranteed their will be a comment on this review from evri saying to use the automated service which is pointless and lead nowhere

Should be able to leave zero stars or minus stars Ordered a wheel bearing off ebay was delivered by evri before I could open the parcel to see what it was the driver was off So opened the parcel I was handed and there was a empty box then got a message from ebay saying your parcel has been delivered so having to explain this to the seller wasn't great considering I had taken this in person parcel was stuck together with tape so it had clearly been opened by these theifs When they seen it wasn't worth anything rather than put it back in the box and tape it back up they probably threw it away Last year same delivery company ordered a PlayStation from ebay What I received was two jumpers and a bra If it wasn't for the fact I have cctv and can be seen clearly that it was a bag type parcel I had been handed and not a large box the seller off the ps had sent I would have lost my money so my advice is A never use this shambolic company or B open it in front off the driver because they have a bad reputation for stuff like this

Bought a brand new electronic item was posted to me 2 day postage it took 7 days when arrived the outer package looked ok but the box inside was mushy item obviously whilst in evri possesion had been left outside on pallet and soaked they obviously dryed and repackage my item to look ok absolute disgrace of a parcel company ps I work as a sub contractor to certain parcel company’s and seen this stuff happen disgrace

The delivery was apparently attempted on 8th May. I was in. The promise was to attempt delivery again on 9th May. It’s now the 12th. No delivery.

had a parcel pushed through an open window 3 metre` from ground .parcel knocked over a vase of water ruining my printer , and fusing my electricity.complained to Evri and they totally ignored me

Thieves! Parcel Meant to be delivered next day and a week later with the tracking saying it was “out for delivery” but nothing more, the customer services team said it was “lost” and I needed to contact the retailer for a refund or replacement. Shocking.

He tried my neighbour who was out, I was in and posted a card through the door, any one with half a brain would have knocked to see I was in, I have this on camera, he also had the can't be bothered look on his face what a dick! If only he had knocked I'd have my parcel now

Parcel was delivered to next door and photographed at that door. I am still awaiting my paid parcel. Second time this has happened. The post code and number on my door should be a hint. Evri has to be the worst service for anyone awaiting a delivery.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I got to the point where I decided that no parcel will ever be “delivered” (or I should rather write stolen / lost) to my address by Evri again. If I see a business that uses them as their courier, I stay away and buy elsewhere. They have got a bot operated “customer service” (I struggle to call it like that), you can’t talk with anybody neither via chat nor over the phone. If I could show you photos where they are leaving parcels, you would start to swear. They haven’t got a problem to leave a parcel on the street, in front of block of apartments so everybody from the street can steal it and then claim that everything is fine, because the parcel is “delivered”. Never again - if you run a business, read those reviews, because I am not the only one fed up with that company. If you use Evri as your deliverer, you won’t have me as a customer (and I am sure many others think the same).
