Shocking service, one minute a message arrives stating parcel is arriving then sorry we can’t make it today. Then on and on it goes rescheduling then cancelling. Then they send a photo stating it’s been delivered with a parcel photographed in a car. I never did receive my delivery after two weeks worth of phone calls, emails and sending photos of my home. When they eventually located my parcel they acknowledged it had been delivered to somebody else.
