I had several parcels with evri over the past few months. All went ok, with a photo as proof of delivery. However on this occasion while waiting for my parcel i recieved a text saying my parcel was just delivered. I can see my street which is in a quiet cul-de-sac and no vehicles had been down it. There also no photo as proof of delivery. I used the chat bot to report it to be told i team would look into it (48hr te frame) After 3 days i tried again and it said the team was looking into it. Waited again. Then i tried the phone number-automated line and left details. Next day i tried again. Same result. So now 10 days later i tried again to be told i need to contact the seller to get a refund. The seller isnt the problem, evri is. This parcel made it from China to eastern Europe then to Poland and onto britain, only to join the thousands of parcels they lose every day.
