“Failed to deliver a parcel reason given “no access” despite it being a Sainsburys supermarket where thousands of customers appeared to have managed it , the return parcel was not delivered but marked on tracking as delivered , chat bot less than useless as just sent me around in continuous circle , customer service asked me to contact seller for refund which obviously I could not do as I am the seller , the only saving grace is that parcel was delivered back to me 4 days after tracking said it was , overall very frustrating in particular not being able to speak to a human instead left to struggle with artificial (non ) intelligence”
“The dilvery couriour took a picture of my parcel and then got back in there vehicle with the same parcel I see when I was stood at my kitchen window though it was a Nabours and they dikvered mine but when I check and saw nothing was in there I realised ! They just stole mine and took the photos for the proof discusting !!! Please investigate who dilveres this one please and sack them awful theifs as I was in they didn’t knock first on my door ! “Twice now I have paid for next day delivery with Evri and twice they misplaced my parcel and took over a week to find it. On this latest (and final occasion as I'm cancelling my account with them) they changed my delivery labels to be my address and delivered the parcel back to me without EVER attempting a delivery (it was to a parcel shop). My local delivery driver took it upon himself to peel off their labels and take it back to the depot to go to the actual address. Over a week later my next day parcel delivery arrived battered. In all that time I was unable to reach anyone to help me from customer services. No one returned my numerous calls to their infuriating automated telephone line and the chat bot is about as much use as their service. Appalling company. Avoid them.”

“Received message to say my parcel been delivered to a safe place couldn't find it in shed looked everywhere only to find it dumped in my rubbish bin which yes had rubbish in this is the second time your company has done this and your questions and answers when trying to deal with issue are I'm certain done by robot disgusting delivery”
“Not fit for purpose! stated that they attempted to deliver my parcel but no one was in and that I did not provide a safe place for them to leave the parcel. The expected delivery was between 4.30 and 6.30 pm. I Was in all day and looked out for the delivery driver from 4.15 to 6.45. The alleged attempted delivery was at 5.48 p.m. Pure and utter lies, no one came. Updates on tracking have been continuously falsified from 3rd September with Evri alleging they attempted to collect the parcel from the seller 4 times. Seller openly responded to them stating that she worked from home and there were no attempts made. Despite the seller raising several enquiries and being available for the parcel to be collected Evri still did not show. As a result, the seller had to carry the item herself to the parcel shop.

“Different name, same rubbish service. I was informed on the 10th of March my parcel was out for delivery, on the 21st I’m still waiting. No tracking updates or communication of any sort. Can’t get past automated answering to complain. I will never buy from anyone who insist on using this rubbish company again”

“Avoid evei they say they've attempted delivery but nobody was home clearly there was then they don't deliver or attempt to redeliver.this is the second time this has happened in a couple of weeks.if your getting anything delivered request a different delivery service.”
