Parcel sent by eBay seller, promised for delivery on April 17th. It is now April 21st and there is no delivery information at all apart from the tracking number. Nobody seems to know where my parcel is. I have given the company two stars instead of one, because in the past they have delivered parcels on time. But this time I am very disappointed.

Evri said we will deliver parcel Monday 14th April by 9pm not arrived as yet.. Said there was a problem.. But will deliver next day but still hasn't arrived.. Got in touch with Evri 24/7 chat but it kept saying same thing.. Will sort problem out in next 24hrs it's the same message everyday.. Its Thursday now but still no parcel.. We have a security gate so gave Evri code for gate

Rcd a text msg stating I had missed my delivery. I was working from home and was in all day and evening. I checked my camera. No one had attempted a delivery. Ever are now making me pay for re-delivery! Liars!

I had an item delivered and I was in, they did not ring my bell and took picture of my item. I looked under tracking and saw the picture of it outside my door I went to get it and it was gone!! either the delivery person took it as asked all my neighbours and they didi not have it and I can trust them. It was at 3.34 and I went to get it at 3.40

I have had a parcel delivered from vinted, this has not happened before, not email received with barcode and the customer service is so poor unable to call and speak to someone, had email saying they are looking into it but 3 days now that its been there and cannot collect. REALLY DISGUSTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE

Evri lost my parcel over two months ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response and no resolution. Their customer service is non-existent โ€“ emails go unanswered, their chatbot and phone system are a dead end, and there is no clear way to escalate issues. Every time I try to follow up, Iโ€™m met with automated messages and endless loops with no real help. I have been chasing this for two months with no update, no compensation, and no accountability. I would avoid Evri entirely. Their service is unreliable, and their support is nonexistent

They leave your parcel at different address but do not leave card to say where. I have been in when they have delivered and they havent even knocked on door. Left so anyone could pick up off doorstep even tho they have instructions where to leave if not in.

Ervi said try deliver on the 19th of December 2024. And they never come to my place .. not very good. The customer service is a robot you can't get hold of them you try and call them and noting at all..

Left note outside of door "stating" Do not leave parcels outside my door... So they LEFT parcel outside of door. Ar work all night so will see if it is still there on my return. Not the 1st time with EVRI. Useless company.

Van 98 who delivers Amazon parcels to E14 3QH never delivers parcels to the door. He leaves parcels by the lift . I was struggling with the heavy parcel today, I had to split the box and take several Items using the lift three times. Surely a professional driver would use a trolley for heavy parcels and would deliver them to customers doors. I am 67 and unable to lift heavy boxes. My husband is 77 and is not allowed to lift heavy items after was a very unpleasant experience.

At 1156am on 3/10/25 Evri emailed me with delivery promised between 12.30 and 14.30 on 2nd October 2024. I waited in all day and at 16.30 I went on their web chat to enquire of its whereabouts but the 'robot' said they would escalate it and someone would ring me. Nobody rang me. At 20.55 on the dame day I received an email from Evri saying, "There's a delay with the delivery of your Lavazza Coffee parcel as there was an issue accessing the delivery address today. We'll let you know when your parcel will be out for delivery". They DID NOT let me know when it would be delivered and it turned up at 19.31 today, 4/10/24 (the day after it was promised!). I'd waited in all day again. The delivery driver apologised for the late delivery, saying the reason was because she'd had problems with her car (as opposed to the reason Evri had given me that there was an issue with accessing the delivery address!! I believe the driver - delivers to me fairly regularly. Don't the drivers have my phone number? Couldn't I have been contacted well before nearly 9pm to tell me it was going to be next day? To sum up, I see Evri as extremely unprofessional in not contacting me at least by phone or text and also dishonest in giving me a false reason for the delay. Evri has NO customer service. I would NEVER, EVER use them for any of my outgoing deliveries and I shall also inform the senders of my late package (a very large company who I do regular business with) urging them to look at other delivery companies rather than Evri - because I do not want to receive deliveries by them again either! PS. The 2 stars is for the very nice and polite delivery driver and the fact that it was eventually delivered - otherwise it would have been 1 star!

Distinctly unimpressed. I ordered a package from a firm in Essex last Tuesday. They packed it that day, ready for scheduled collection the following day (Wednesday), and advised me accordingly. They also told me that Evri would contact me once they had collected it. But Evri failed to collect it until the following day, and they also failed to give me any information, tracking or otherwise. It eventually arrived today, Monday. That might have been acceptable had we known to expect that at outset, or even had they bothered to tell me when to expect it; but collecting it a day late and then leaving the recipient completely in limbo is just not good enough. I had actually intended going away on holiday today, and have had to postpone by 24 hours because of their incompetence.

Very unreliable.Do not keep to delivery time slots When making a delivery do not ring doorbell par el just left outside for anyone to take. Many neigh ours have similar complaint Surprised that companies give them the order especially John Lewis

I ourchased a garment & paid for 1st class post but it took 3 days to get delivered,I personally wouldn't use evri but the people i bought the garment from did,personally i think either the seller or the buyer deserves some sort of refund?
