“Courier delivered to wrong address and put through their letter box. Right door number - wrong street. I have no way of retrieving parcel. They won't open door when I knock - tried a note through their letter box. Nothing. I am one p*ssed off, out-of-pocket customer.”

“I have had my parcels from Temu delivered by Evri for the last 7 months, I have always had updates on where my parcel was, and also given the date and time of arrival. Today I received another parcel the text said it would be delivered between 1pm and 3pm. It arrived at 2.15p.m I have another parcel due, normally around a week from ordering, I am already receiving updates from when it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at my door.
The delivery guys have been really great. 5***** service so far so good”
