I was given a time slot and kept receiving updates and parcel was delivered on time. David the courier who has delivered to us on numerous occasions when it was Hermes is brilliant and I'm so glad he stayed with the company. Well deserve my 5 star review.”

“I am a habitual and constant online shopper, and have had many appalling past experiences with Hermes.
I feel as though since they transformed into Evri they have really upped their game! I always seem to have the same delivery driver now, and although he is entirely cheerless (or at least not cheered by the sight of me) he is capable of delivering parcels and making sensible decisions when I am not at home.
Also, they send me regular email and updates about the progress of my parcel.
