“I made a terrible mistake. For the second time. Assuming that my parcels were delivered together I rated my evri courier very poorly. And although my package was left out on the doorstep instead of hidden, or given to a neighbour, I assumed that it was through my couriers incompetence that a parcel had been stolen. In actual fact, the company had sent them separately and didn't tell me so I assumed that there was two parcels. My sincerest apologize to my Evri courier who, in all honesty, has never let me down yet.”

“Evri is a complete waste of time and the worst delivery company that we have ever encountered. We received a picture message showing a package amongst some garden shrubbery. The message stated that our package had been left in the porch ( we don’t have a porch)
We eventually, and no thanks to Evri, found the parcel in a neighbours garden.
I would advise to not buy anything from a company that uses Evri for delivery., unless you want to go on a treasure hunt to find your parcel.”
