Didn’t deliver to me and then sent a fake we’ve tried to deliver photo after waiting a week late for a parcel! Evri if you read this a lot of people have ring doorbells now so it’s a bit silly to say you tried to deliver when you clearly didn’t! Please don’t use Evri unless you want to gamble on wether you get a parcel or not”
“Lied and said that my parcel was in unsuitable packaging, when they didnt ever come to collect my parcel. Have contacted them 5 times to rebook, and then cancel, and they havent gotten back to me. They deliberately wont let you speak to an actual person for customer services. They never used to be this bad, and now the services are terrible.”
“Worst delivery company I have experienced. 'Next day' is usually about 5 days. Evri blame their disregard for customer service on the Post Office and you'll be lucky if Evri delivery people don't throw your parcel from the van!

Driver broke my door bell despite leaving instructions that builders are working on site and to leave it with foreman at the front.
Parcel was damaged. Horrible, unprofessional service. Customer service is an automated phone service. Avoid like the plague.”

I have paid for next day delivery from the lost on 13th May for a perishable goods , I keep tracking but it’s still at the hub . The stuff will spoil thats why I wisely paid for next day delivery but you foools didn’t deliver . Useless company and staff”

“I haven't seen such a worst couriers. They had dropped the parcel on the ground floor where all wastes (furnitires, beds etc..) are placed for the council to uplift and I had got only my sister in my home whose leg is brocken and can't climb down stairs to collect it. Such a worst delivery service. Will not recommend.”
“This isn't my first bad Evri experience apart from the usual broken items then the inconvenience of contacting ebay & the seller, I've had one parcel go missing & because Evri lied saying it had been signed for but no evidence not even a photo + the alleged drop off time was outside their normal working hours & no card or recording on my cctv, eventually after lots of emails & even contacting their CEO who couldn't be bothered to reply personally, they eventually admitted they had lost it & it was a scanning error, but that didn't help with the seller as it said in the tracking delivered & Evri wouldn't change it or send me a letter for the seller saying it was lost.
I ended up £50 out of pocket & a month of wasted time.
I now have another one that was out for delivery then never arrived this must have happened at least 5 or 6 times, the latest is it scheduled for between 20.00 & 21.00 today which I very much doubt, they just keep changing the goalposts.
I didn't choose Evri the seller did!
It is now onit's 11th day from acceptance of purchase & due for a ebay money back guarantee from today 18-5-24, I would sooner a company co.e clean & tell the truth, the time & hassle talking to bots in messaging & even the bot cutting me off preventing me adding more information is very unprofessional.
It was escalated via email to a agent, I received a reply but had nothing from my last 2 emails!
