“Used to have no problems with evri until recently they lost one parcel of mine and now another one seems to have been lost as they have had it for more than a week I’ve tried contacting them but no reply yet and the chat is a waste of time you just go around in circles with still nothing getting done I’m going to stop buying from companies who use this company”
“Good business only a few delays over the years which were resolved directly with retailers. Not seen ID, uniform or business vans and I haven't seen any Evri shops either. Must be a repetitive job I do wonder what their pay and holiday entitlement is like because the negative reviews on here are truly bad.”

“Evri is overall good.
Their biggest flaw is leaving parcels outside your home, they should knock lordly or press the doorbell but some drivers fail to do this.
They will then leave the parcel in a safe place which is most likely never found.
They need to attempt and deliver the parcel the next day.
If they fail twice they should deliver the parcel to your local evri collection point.
However apart from this, £2.94 for a package that will take 2-3 days to arrive with tracking available though transit is definitely a no brainer in today’s market.
So overall I would give evri the benefit of the doubt and say they are very good but do have a few flaws that need working on.”

“Does it really matter leaving a review? This entity is a real scam. They've sent two emails so far, claiming that there was no one in the housevwhen they attempted a delivery. This is not true as I am always in the house. They want me to pay for redelivery, but why should I pay? Why is there no one at the customer services desk to talk to? “Well, just to buck the trend here slightly.. I ordered a tent from Millets via Ebay - courier used was Evri. Item was despatched on Tues 08:15 and delivered to my house next day Wed at 11:20 (this was within the ETA time slot of 11-12 emailed by Evri at 10:20am). After reading so many terrible reviews & newspaper articles for the customer delivery service (and the experiences of the poor self-employed couriers) I was dreading it being badly delayed/lost. VERY relieved it wasn't this time. Because of the reviews I kept an extremely close eye on the tracking-pages on both the Evri & Ebay websites - so I knew when the package had arrived at the local delivery depot (02:21) and when it was processed & available for courier pickup (07:37) and when courier had actually picked it up from the depot (09:23). Then made sure there was a clear sign outside the door saying we were definitely in the house & to knock loudly! Courier was prompt, efficient & friendly plsed to say - so seems there's a good person for this area (PO1). So I trust that gives some hope to other customers that there are some Evri deliveries that are actually getting through OK. However, you'd be well-advised to think carefully before ordering from a seller using Evri for delivery if its a product you need urgently or in a certain time-frame - and to make sure you watch the tracking page(s) like a hawk!!”
“Am fortunate one of my 2 parcels have turned up despite being late am grateful it has arrived . Hopefully the 2nd parcel will . There has been issues along the way , but the girl who delivers round our area is very good , don’t know her name , tanned and white jacket . Lovely .”
“This has to be the worst delivery company ever….absolutely shocking. They have tried to deliver the same item twice and failed miserably. Received an email on both occasions telling me my item was going to be delivered. They failed to deliver and there is no way of speaking to a human to resolve the issue. Why companies use Evri to deliver is beyond me…….less than useless !!”
