Used to have no problems with evri until recently they lost one parcel of mine and now another one seems to have been lost as they have had it for more than a week I’ve tried contacting them but no reply yet and the chat is a waste of time you just go around in circles with still nothing getting done I’m going to stop buying from companies who use this company
