“Hi I have been getting lies about attempted delivery I have been consistently contacting via email and trying to speak to a human is impossible, disgusting customer service zero,this is now day 5 and no further action or contact from them.”
“Over the wish few weeks, every time I see an evri delivery, I get nervous.
They have never ever delivered in the expected day.
I just get a message saying they run into a problem.
It’s so disappointing when you need something on a given day.
I have tried to see who is delivering with some orders and if it’s Evri, I won’t buy, or cancel.
Sometimes it doesn’t show so I don’t get a choice .

“It is impossible for me to talk about my undelivered parcel sent from UK to France on 2 December. The initial tracking trace acknowledged arrival at LHR hub (London Heathrow Airport ?) for delivery NL (Netherlands?) Tracking was changed, presumably for onward section but never worked. It never turned up at France address despite reporting delivery on 23 December eventually. The to my astonishment was delivered back to my (original sender) address on 17 January with no explanation. All attempts to call on customer enquiries 03308085456 do not lead to an enquiry being established because the line is set up deliberately to avoid them having to be confronted and account for their inadequacies and lies.
This is disgraceful outfit taking money with no accountability. Will never use again.

“I was expecting a parcel between 1pm and 2pm. It didn’t arrive. I kept an eye on the email for any updates. None. I finally found the parcel left on the doorstep the next morning. The website told me it had been delivered the day before at 18.49pm, so it had been left there all night long. We were in and the courier did not ring the bell or knock on the door. Hopeless.”
“Any order I place on website’s I’m going to ask which carrier they use and if it’s Evri I will cancel. For the third time from different suppliers I have not received my goods with this carrier before spending time investigating only to find they haven’t been to my home at all leaving my goods at other addresses

“Yet another delayed delivery from EVRI. Item purchased on 18th April then sent the next day, however it didn't arrive until 3rd May. Very poor service taking 15 days to deliver item !!!”
“I've not had any problems receiving parcels but but returning them is made very difficult when the label machines in the shops are constantly not working. Tried 3 different Tesco's today and none of them work. It's infuriating and it's not fair on Tesco staff either!”
“I try to be fair. Delivery drivers have a tough job these days, however - there was no knock on the door - no 'missed you' card left through my letter box. Instead, I received a hand written note from a neighbour to say that my parcel was with them. I'm really fed up with Evri.”
“Very disappointed. Received parcel from sender, them promptly lost it? Was advised there would be a 24hr delay in me receiving the parcel, then no further updates, and no parcel. I would never use this Company, and pity those who do. Customer Service Nil Points, and you have a hard job to speak to a human in the company. Helps thje company bat off any problems.”
“Evri have sent my parcel to there wrong depot and are not getting back to me. Absolute rubbish never ever use again. You can't speak to any after they opened an Investigation and they never get back to you.”
