Very disappointed. Received parcel from sender, them promptly lost it? Was advised there would be a 24hr delay in me receiving the parcel, then no further updates, and no parcel. I would never use this Company, and pity those who do. Customer Service Nil Points, and you have a hard job to speak to a human in the company. Helps thje company bat off any problems.
