Evri is overall good.
Their biggest flaw is leaving parcels outside your home, they should knock lordly or press the doorbell but some drivers fail to do this.
They will then leave the parcel in a safe place which is most likely never found.
They need to attempt and deliver the parcel the next day.
If they fail twice they should deliver the parcel to your local evri collection point.
However apart from this, £2.94 for a package that will take 2-3 days to arrive with tracking available though transit is definitely a no brainer in today’s market.
So overall I would give evri the benefit of the doubt and say they are very good but do have a few flaws that need working on.
