Does it really matter leaving a review? This entity is a real scam. They've sent two emails so far, claiming that there was no one in the housevwhen they attempted a delivery. This is not true as I am always in the house. They want me to pay for redelivery, but why should I pay? Why is there no one at the customer services desk to talk to? How can this be happening in the UK?
