Lied and said that my parcel was in unsuitable packaging, when they didnt ever come to collect my parcel. Have contacted them 5 times to rebook, and then cancel, and they havent gotten back to me. They deliberately wont let you speak to an actual person for customer services. They never used to be this bad, and now the services are terrible.
