“I've been selling online for around 3 years and Evri has never lost a parcel (in contrast to Yodel and Royal Mail, who have both lost several). Their website is easy to use, I can use a label printer in the corner shop, and a lot of the time Honey extension finds me a discount code too. The tracking is excellent.
As a customer, I'm always happy with the emails I get from Evri and the time slot is usually accurate too. Special mention to both local delivery drivers because they have a fantastic work ethic and both do a great job (Bourne, PE10).”

There has been no changes in the tracking for a week now, I spent £6 on call charges just for them to tell me what it says on the tracking. Absolutely fuming here. Seller and Evri and denying responsibility. Absolute joke. Never order from an eBay seller that uses Evri.”
