I’ve never had a problem with them, they have a drop off point at my local Tesco and items delivered for me have always been on time, never lost or misplaced parcels, only good things to say, so far anyway. But like most things everything is great until it isn’t. Very pleased with this service.”

I had been home all day and no one came to my door and no card either. been trying to get through to Evri since and have not been able to speak customer services about the package they said was delivered. Some of my customers love to chat, some I've become good friends with and they know my back story. If there are any dogs on the round they get a treat from my bag of goodies. Not all Evri couriers are bad, give them a chance to get things right. I enjoy being out in the open and watching the world go by.”
“Claimed could not find address. then parcel lost?? I opened opened a case for compensation, after 10 days they said they had found my parcel and closed the case.
Still no parcel, after many e,mails they said they were now returning my parcel.
After 13 days my parcel was delivered to an address near me, luckily enough the people opened the parcel and delivered it to the return address inside ( Mine )
48 days this parcel was missing for. I sent it Royal mail and it got there in 48 hrs.”
