Distinctly unimpressed.
I ordered a package from a firm in Essex last Tuesday. They packed it that day,
ready for scheduled collection the following day (Wednesday), and advised me accordingly. They also told me that Evri would contact me once they had collected it.
But Evri failed to collect it until the following day, and they also failed to give me any information, tracking or otherwise.
It eventually arrived today, Monday. That might have been acceptable had we known to expect that at outset, or even had they bothered to tell me when to expect it; but collecting it a day late and then leaving the recipient completely in limbo is just not good enough.
I had actually intended going away on holiday today, and have had to postpone by 24 hours because of their incompetence.
