Sad to say it's nothing like Amazon delivery... First order from m and m direct and already after 3 days the latest is "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update tracking as soon as your parcel is out for delivery". Very Poor...no updates and no estimated delivery...won't be using again

Unfortunately the last few parcels delivered by Evri have been left damaged and/or abandoned on a full view front door step even though signs are up to leave next door. Complained to company I ordered from who will hopefully pass it on to Evri to give their drivers a kick up the backside!

Unfortunately, on delivery the packaging was significantly wet and the content, a hardback book, had all pages distorted with damp and is now being dried out.

Delivery man not helpful we have a ring doorbell so asked him to leave parcel at number 10 he huffed and puffed so I suggested number 26 good job they were in, a BLANK card was through the door with only a barcode number on it not sure if it was the same parcel went to the website which told me to use a 16 or 8 digit code each time I tried the right digit told me unknown thankfully the neighbour had the parcel with your details on it, you were let down by your driver, as we have had problems in the past it would appear that a change of name hadn’t helped

On ordering a garden set, we were advised a tracking number and a time slot, between midday and 2.00p.m. A van turned up at around 2, with two boxes out of the 4, then a car turned up at 4.00p.m. with another box, when I asked about the 4th box, the lady said it was still at the depot, as it was too big for the car. Looks like tomorrow now, Hermes might have been rebranded, but it's still as bad service wise. This is going to mean another day off work, due to your appalling organisation. To be honest, I would not buy from a company using Evri for transport ever again, as this is the second or third time I've had issues. The two stars are one for each driver, as they were great!

At the end of Evri email: * The carbon footprint for delivery to a ParcelShop or locker is approximately 15-30g CO₂ per parcel versus 150-300g CO₂ per parcel for a home delivery. Based on 600 parcels over a 70km route per day. Source: BAIN Report (Primary Source: Giuffrida M., Mangiaracina R., Perego A., Tumino A., "Home Delivery vs Parcel Lockers, An economic and environmental assessment", Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, Milan (2016)). Thiat is impossible: If I have to go with my car on a 32 mile round trip to put a package in a locker when an Every courier could quite easily pick it up the next day... Seriously how much wool have they got? 2* because at least it's delivered in some shape or form. Carbon footprint indeed.... What utter tosh. 1 van passing and I'm wasting £7.50 on petrol and clogging up my lungs with carbon footprint. I. just cannot wait for the end when we all go back to walking! Although I might pick up a Melton Mowbray Pork Pie from Morrisons whilst I'm at it!

My parcel was delivered to a different house Email stating parcel delivered, doorbell not rung, and photo of my parcel outside someone else's door. Turned out it was next door - delivery driver couldn't get the house number right. Neighbour brought it round. Evri couldn't be contacted, no email address, only useless online chat, not complaint form. Poor.

No change from awful Hermes customer service. Took me longer than 3 seconds to get to the front door and found my parcel left on the doorstep in plain view of passers by. Could easily have been stolen.
