I had live plants delivered 16/04/24. The box was damaged, all plants out of their plug box & it was left on its end, when delivered. However, the box clearly stated the correct orientation for the contents. 9 of the 12 plants were damaged beyond viability, sadly. I immediately advised the plant seller, who replaced all 12 plants & I took delivery of them 08/05/24. Again, the box arrived damaged & the courier handed me the box 'upside down.' Fortunately, despite a squashed box & some of the plants taking a battering, I think most of them will grow on. Evri, appears unable to deal with delicate items. Not necessarily the fault of the driver who delivered them, hence why I'm not giving him a low delivery score, however, I believe Evri should do better.
