The problem is with selection of service on the instructions for mailing a postal size package. I selected the basic del charge of £2.62. I then go on to select delivery to the address, NOT to a pickup place. The very large envelope contains legal docs.. At this point, the form doesn’t allow ‘SELECT’. After many attempts within the past hour, I give up and will go to Royal Mail which I try to avoid. Can’t waste any more time on your site.
