Basically evri finally contacted me about the issue, and even though the issue was not sorted out, the phone was put down ,and basically they was discussing with me about them collecting the parcel they delivered to the wrong address and deliver it to the correct address as the road name and postcode was the same, but I have not received any further information from evri, or a call from their customer service team ,not very impressed with this situation leaving my mum not getting her birthday present
