I want to start this review by stating my personal mistakes (overlooked due to human error & distress) before stating the mistakes of Evri:
1. The message mistakenly sent by Evri about my delivery arriving specified that it was a superdrug delivery- the other household member ordered through superdrug
2. The tracking information (email) specified at the top that it was a superdrug delivery
Me and another member of my household ordered packages from 2 different companies, AVON and Superdrug.
We both have similar phone numbers (exactly the same except from the last 2 digits). The other household member's superdrug order arrived **deliverer did not even ring the doorbell, just silently left and the other household member only knew the order had arrived via a email
I received a message that my order would be arriving on that very same day.
When I saw that my order did not arrive, I became concerned and checked the tracking information and was told that my order had arrived and a photo was attached.
I became distressed and spent the whole day believing my package had been stolen (there's been theft instances in my building).
The next day, the other member of my household told me to check the tracking information again and it was updated to show that my order had not yet arrived and the tracking number had changed. So they must have confused my number with the other household members number.
This was such a poor mistake.
On a slightly more positive note, the courier who delivered my parcel waited outside and did not just leave upon dropping the parcel.
