Evri lost my parcel over two months ago, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no response and no resolution.
Their customer service is non-existent – emails go unanswered, their chatbot and phone system are a dead end, and there is no clear way to escalate issues. Every time I try to follow up, I’m met with automated messages and endless loops with no real help.
I have been chasing this for two months with no update, no compensation, and no accountability. I would avoid Evri entirely. Their service is unreliable, and their support is nonexistent
