“My three packages are lost with evri , I got message that package is a delivered in a letter box . I told before evri delivery man he cannot leave package downstairs in the building because people can steal. Why he left again , perhaps he stole my parcels. Postman always deliver in people's flats.

“Failed to deliver to the correct address not 1 but 2 separate packages, only one of which had been tracked by them before the alleged delivery. Photo of delivery site is nowhere at our property or anywhere we recognise. Number of our house is on the gatepost at the end of a short drive and on the house wall itself. Once reported to customer service they imply I am lying and tell me to quiz the family and search the garden and check safe places oh and walk the entire road to see if I can find the packages that they have lost. Can I sum them up in one word that is publishable - yes that one word is USELESS. Contrasts with Post office delivery info provided, delivered within time slot by helpful frinedl;y face to my front door”
“This company is absolutely useless! Why any retailer would use them I don't know!
When you ring them you speak to a robot, and then it hangs up. They promise to call within 24hrs, and they never do.
EVRI formally Hermes, an absolute disgrace of a company! surprised they are not bankrupt!

Used to work for Amazon flex but due to long time inactivity account got deactivated so I thought I’ll give Evri a try!
Today was my 3rd and last day as an Evri delivery driver (own car).
Worked 4 hours each day!
-1st day covered around 60 miles in 4hrs, 35 parcels for £31.50 (90p per parcel)
-2nd day Covered around 40 miles in 4 hours, 40 parcels for £28 (70p per parcel)
- 3rd day Covered around 30 miles in 4 hours, 40 parcels for £27 (68p per parcel)
You have to pay for the Fuel and couriers insurance which can cost up to £10 per 4 hours
If you want to work extremely hard and get your car and clothes dirty for £5 an hour this is the perfect job for you.
The Delivery app was awful, it had a built in map which stops 50 meters away from the exact address with no option to switch to google or apple map.
You have to sort out your parcels, your route, not like Amazon flex with sorted routes, it’s all mixed up parcels you have to organise them in order and scan every single parcel and decide your route
Amazon flex is 1000000% better in every way then this scam company”

Yet another delayed delivery from EVRI. Item purchased on 18th April then sent the next day, however it didn't arrive until 3rd May. Very poor service taking 15 days to deliver item !!!”
