“My parcel has been lost for 12 days now. I don’t have a single update - no one answers the phones, the chat is useless, and you’ll never get a call back.
How on earth are they allowed to such non-existent customer service?!”

Customer services started off all helpful then it went downhill. The tracker got ‘amended’ to say delivered 8 days after it was supposed to be delivered. The amendment is a lie. This means I now not only have not received my parcel but making a claim for undelivered item is unlikely to succeed. Total scum should be banned from trading. Why why why have dhl tied up with these losers! ?”

“Paid for next day delivery and it’s been 4 days, parcel status says it’s with EVRI at delivery depot. Delivery date changes everyday, this is probably the 5th bad experience Iv had with EVRI, no confidence at all”
“2 days of waiting for a delivery. The driver claims the buisness is shut at 9am,twice. But we open at 8. I'm assuming he can't find the big entrance with open gates. Talking to chat bot useless.
And bow a bug on app so I can't get parcel delivered to local pick up.
Barely anything on the app to help.just sends you round in circles.
All other delivery companies seem to be able to find my place.

“I have had at least 6 bad experience’s with evri from lying about attempting to deliver on a regular basis to supposedly losing parcels to dumping them in the lobby I now won’t order on line if evri is going to be the courier.”
“Didn’t arrive. Can’t track . My heart sinks Evri time I see that my paid for goods are with Evri . I just know they won’t arrive. Are they stolen or just tipped in landfill?”
“Ordered garden table and four chairs 23/4/25 from Debenhams ,delivery 3 to5 working days. Evri said, expecting your parcel. 1 week later, no parcel. Debenhams supplier offered to replace or refund, we opted to replace. Again 3-5 working days. 5 May another notification from Evri, we’ve got your parcel, will deliver in two days. Parcel arrived but minus the chairs. Reported this to Evri and Debenhams, Evri to investigate, Debenhams to chase it up. Notification of delivery 14 May between 11.30 and 13.30. It is now 15.00 no chairs have arrived, no explanation from Evri.”
“Sell sent my package and I opted for it to be delivered to my local parcel shop as I was working but then the tracking showed the item as being returned to sender..so no way to speak directly to a representative but instead going round in circles with a automated chat aimed at fobbing you off..I don't understand how they get away with it..trading standards need to sort this company out.”

Also contacted eBay but can't do anything until the 17th. I ordered skates so I can start a new hobby to help with my mental health & got all my protective pads & helmet ready. “I haven’t still received my parcel and I had a email stating that it will be delivered today! This is possibly the worst delivery service I’ve ever had. No change in the tracking but apparently it’s going to be at my house but it’s 16.49. I’ll be very surprised if it turns up on a Sunday at 17.00!”

“I sent a phone to the Philippines and it was either lost or stolen and Evri will not talk to me or respond to daily messages let on their chat. You just can NOT communicate with them. They have a claims form BUT it cannot be completed. It is NOT working properly.”
“My parcel went missing over two months ago. After issuing a refund to the purchaser more than a month ago, the parcel unexpectedly reappeared. However, despite my repeated requests, Evri has refused to return the parcel to me and has instead attempted delivery to the buyer’s chosen ParcelShop eight times.
I have contacted Evri multiple times via email, phone, and live chat, but my concerns have been completely ignored. To date, I have not received a single response, callback, or resolution.
Could you please explain why my parcel is not being returned to me as requested? I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this matter.”
“Parcel did not arrive with my sale items which I could not reorder as they quickly became out of stock.
Evri sent messages constantly with delivery times flowed by "sorry we could not deliver your parcel* why they couldn't, I don't know? This went on for nearly 2 weeks and each time I was waiting in for the parcel.
Tried to speak with a human, this was impossible. Tried to log a complaint and was informed via message I would get a call back, didnt get one.
I contacted the suppliers customer care team who then informed me the items were out of stock and the parcel was on its way back to them as it was damaged I got a refund and was very disappointed.
Evri are still sending me messages regarding this order stating its on its way followed by cannot be delivered. Its an absolute joke, zero customer service from this company. I lost out on some really good equipment at sale price due to EVRI.
A.I. messaging can be effective however this is an example of its ineffective nature as all I wanted to do was speak with someone preferably a human and get an answer. No stars really from me.”
“My parcels just get left on the main road iv got so much Ring doorbell footage of it. The drivers never even try my. Neighbours and ik usually in the following day for re delivery. Iv half over 6 parcels stolen due to this and you can't speak to anyone there's no customer service it's the worst company I wish it was all delivered with Royal mail you get the option of changing delivery date if your not going to be in. Everi should adobt Royal Mails services then it could be good.”
