Parcel did not arrive with my sale items which I could not reorder as they quickly became out of stock.
Evri sent messages constantly with delivery times flowed by "sorry we could not deliver your parcel* why they couldn't, I don't know? This went on for nearly 2 weeks and each time I was waiting in for the parcel.
Tried to speak with a human, this was impossible. Tried to log a complaint and was informed via message I would get a call back, didnt get one.
I contacted the suppliers customer care team who then informed me the items were out of stock and the parcel was on its way back to them as it was damaged I got a refund and was very disappointed.
Evri are still sending me messages regarding this order stating its on its way followed by cannot be delivered. Its an absolute joke, zero customer service from this company. I lost out on some really good equipment at sale price due to EVRI.
A.I. messaging can be effective however this is an example of its ineffective nature as all I wanted to do was speak with someone preferably a human and get an answer. No stars really from me.
