Do I have to give them 1 star? They deserve none. They have ‘lost’ my parcel. (A word of caution - do not redirect to an Evri locker.)
Customer services started off all helpful then it went downhill. The tracker got ‘amended’ to say delivered 8 days after it was supposed to be delivered. The amendment is a lie. This means I now not only have not received my parcel but making a claim for undelivered item is unlikely to succeed. Total scum should be banned from trading. Why why why have dhl tied up with these losers! ?
