My parcels just get left on the main road iv got so much Ring doorbell footage of it. The drivers never even try my. Neighbours and ik usually in the following day for re delivery. Iv half over 6 parcels stolen due to this and you can't speak to anyone there's no customer service it's the worst company I wish it was all delivered with Royal mail you get the option of changing delivery date if your not going to be in. Everi should adobt Royal Mails services then it could be good.
