Now 4 Days and 3 "Delivery Attempts" late for an important overseas parcel and I'm still waiting, delivery was meant to take place today between 17:00-19:00 and still no notification whatsoever. I even made the couriers life easier by chaning my chosen delivery address to a local shop on a main road within a built up urban area that is easy to find and we still don't have anything. They actually made it as far as the end of my driveway two days ago however nobody actually came to my door, which I know for a fact as I was in all day and the ring doorbell shows nothing. Such a useless company and it makes matters worse that you usually end up having no choice but to use them when ordering from overseas when the sender doesn't state the courier that they are using for the U.K portion of the delivery. Joke of a company
