My parcel went missing over two months ago. After issuing a refund to the purchaser more than a month ago, the parcel unexpectedly reappeared. However, despite my repeated requests, Evri has refused to return the parcel to me and has instead attempted delivery to the buyer’s chosen ParcelShop eight times. I have contacted Evri multiple times via email, phone, and live chat, but my concerns have been completely ignored. To date, I have not received a single response, callback, or resolution. Could you please explain why my parcel is not being returned to me as requested? I would appreciate immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
