After numerous complaints to head office they were supposedly going to contact the manager of the local depot. Needless to say absolutely no action taken. A disgraceful company”
“The absolute worst company and "service" in the UK.
Evri give you a two hour delivery window but the delivery person refused to ring the intercom when delivering a parcel so we had no way of knowing when it actually was "attempted" (the logs from the intercom show they didn't ring).
The problem is, there is no way to contact a person at Evri and their "customer service" team NEVER respond.
I spent hours using the "Live chat" where the AI just puts you in a loop and says they'll pass a message to the team and you'll "get a response in 24 hours" when you never do. The same for the Phone line, there's no option to leave a message and the automated recording just puts you in a loop.
Theres no way to put a formal complaint through, because there's no option to do that with the Chat or Call line so you're stuck no matter what you try and do.
The only way I got a "response" was to leave a poor review on TrustPilot and the response was "use the chat / call line so we can get back to you" and nothing elese, completely ridiculous.
After a week of this one-sided attempts to contact Evri, I finally had to complain to the seller who got the item sent back to them and will provide me with a refund once it's received.
I'll now find a way to report them to Trading Standards because this is false advertising at this point, saying you can contact them 24/7 is totally fake, given no-one gets in touch with you.”
“The worst I wanted to returning a parcel u had to pay £4.99 they turned up late but I was out so I missed it then had a text saying they will be back Monday to collect it but haven't turned up its been a week now I've tried contacting evri bit there is no point not got through to anyone they have wasted my time and stole my money”

“Just after I posted a review a week or two ago, where I described how their courier left a smartphone worth £400 outside of my block of apartments, on the street, so somebody stole it, they left my neighbour parcel in the same way. My neighbour was lucky that I picked it up, but that just shows that this useless company will never change.
If you are a business owner, never ever use them as your courier. If you are a customer, never ever use businesses that use Evri as their couriers.”

“An Evri delivery driver took a parcel from my property that didn’t belong to them . He was told through door bell cam to put it down . After shaking it and looking for a label which clearly wasn’t there he walked off with it underneath another parcel he was holding .
This was over two weeks ago and I’m still to this day trying to make human contact with Evri ! I have received one email with a promise to look into this, again the was two weeks ago ! I don’t even use Evri due to their poor service . I’ve realised now this is a matter for the police . I’ve given Evri numerous opportunities to help with matter. I’m just faced with automated robots and automated replies !

“Absolutely appalling customer service. Delivery has been lost/stuck for over a month and cannot get hold of a customer service rep at all.
The automated phone service is also not computing the correct parcel number so it would be really helpful to speak to a real person.”
