“Absolutely disgusted, had 3 emails since Saturday saying they attempted delivery, they certainly didn’t and trying to sort this out is impossible, hopefully Amazon will help me”
“This is no exaggeration, every single time Evri have been tasked with delivering a package to me, they've failed. Every single time, they've failed to communicate, and made it borderline impossible to speak to a human.
Each time I've had to chase and chase, only to eventually find out that - on every single occasion - my package has been returned to sender. Each time I'm given multiple different excuses; damaged in transit, incorrect address details etc. Each time I've caught them in a lie. Most recently, I was told that the sender failed to provide an email address, despite the fact that Evri had emailed me my tracking number - when challenged, they simply apologised, told me to contact the sender, and terminated the chat. Neighbours have had similar issues - it's been alleged that apparently they avoid delivering to our area (rural Gloucestershire), as it isn't financially worthwhile to do so. Whilst this is obviously hearsay, if there is any element of truth to this accusation, charges need to be sought - and I will welcome that day with joy.”
“The delivery driver in Southsea insult me, gave me the middle finger, stated that the company is his and he can do whatever he wants, and return my parcel to H&M lying that I refused it. Impossible to speak to someone through the phone or have an email address to send a formal complain.
I had to send my email to their CEO as it was the only email address I could find online. Such a shame.”
“Worst delivery company in the world to deal with. No way of speaking to anyone. Automated responses from Claire & Ezra repeatedly saying the same thing. Just awful. Use them at your peril”
“I had an awful experience with Evri Delivery. They lost my item and then completely refused to take responsibility for it. When I contacted them, their response was unhelpful and rude. They basically told me to sort it out with the seller and washed their hands of the issue — even after admitting they lost the package!
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I do not recommend Ever Delivery to anyone. If something goes wrong, don’t expect them to help or care. Avoid this company at all costs.”
“Evri, much like it's previous business name, is the worst delivery company out there. It offers a platform for delivery drivers to steal parcels without fear of being reprimanded.
My parcel was supposedly delivered - the premises were not even open at the time, the picture shows a parcel with the wrong address and no house doors in the local vicinity have that style of door. The CCTV also proves no-one made any attempt to deliver a parcel. This company should be fined untill service falls inline with what is expected. Customer service is a complete waste of time.”
“Parcel still not been delivered even though the tracking app is saying on its way. If I delivered service as appalling as this I would be sacked. Why do companies use them? Oh I know because they are cheap. I would have given them no stars. Come on not good enough!!!!!”
“Ordered a ladder, for delivery from temu UK warehouse. Shipped immediately by supplier but Evri has managed to lose it, in transit.
Have chased Evri numerous times but their customer service is grossly inadequate and it appears impossible to speak with a real person. Extremely unimpressed and not the only time I have had to chase delivery progress with this company.”

Some of mu deliveries go missing in transit or delivered to the wrong house about 3 times
I'm housebound so the courier is either lying or he/ she is attempting to deliver at the wrong address again
Really getting frustrated now

“3 parcels- all different sellers, not delivered in the past 2 weeks despite being told " out for delivery ". I will NEVER buy anything else from a seller who uses Evri again and no - I am not going to waste any more of my time trying to contact customer service. Obviously no one is home.”
“Evri has failed to deliver a package containing Jersey Royal potatoes from a farm in Jersey. Impossible to find out what is going on. Everything is cheap and nasty about this company. They are not bothered whether they deliver or not. They promise to chase it up via a bot, but nothing happens. Useless.”

He could have put behind my bins or behind my plant pots but no on full view.How is this in a safe spot?”
