Absolutely appaulling
Some of mu deliveries go missing in transit or delivered to the wrong house about 3 times
I'm housebound so the courier is either lying or he/ she is attempting to deliver at the wrong address again
Really getting frustrated now
I feel nervous when I see the courier is Evri
