Their tracking said due to be delivered today (Friday) The following Monday i contacted Evri...no reply. Tuesday i contacted the seller. They replied 15 minutes later. Evri eventually got back to 2 hours later. After investigation, evri tracking again said due to be delivered today (Thurs). Still no parcel, no explanation & worst of all, an 8 year old grandson very upset on his birthday. Not for the 1st time,, disgusted with this company. Thanks for nothing Evri
