Evri consistently leaves parcels directly outside my door, even though I live on a busy road and even in pouring rain. There are plenty of safe places to leave them, but they’re ignored. As a result, I’ve had parcels stolen and damaged, and the company shows zero concern when it happens.
I don’t blame the couriers: they’re clearly underpaid and overworked. The real issue is a business model built on cutting corners and exploiting everyone further down the chain. Avoid if you can.
