Evri used to be Hermes. They were awful then and they're awful now as part of DHL.
The "courier" they gave my delivery to failed to find my home twice. They went to the shop next door, then to my neighbour, then didn't even bother in the third attempt.
Our the years I've had nothing but trouble with them. Utterly useless. Avoid sending through them and sadly I'd avoid using any traders that employ their services.
