Worst delivery company ever. Have raised a complaint and they wrote to me to say the parcel was back on track and they had closed my complaint. That was 29/05 and surprise surprise- still haven’t had my delivery. I have four parcels stuck in their system will delivery promised every day. One was marked as delivered on 28 May with a photo of the ground but haven’t received this either. Customer service have now stopped responding. Photos of just one parcels journey
